Welcome to Responsible Cafés TO!
We’re on a mission to reduce single-use coffee cup waste across Toronto by supporting cafés that offer reusable cup incentives, borrow-a-cup programs, and eco-friendly practices. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Responsible Cafés TO website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Responsible Cafés TO’s website, services, or applying as a café partner, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Partner Cafés

Participating cafés are independent businesses. Discounts, incentives, and policies are set by each café.
Stickers and signage provided by Responsible Cafés TO may only be used by approved partners.
We do not control café operations, pricing, or customer service.

3. Eligibility

To participate in our platform or partner program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental consent.
Provide accurate and current information when applying as a café partner.
Agree not to misuse Responsible Cafés TO branding or materials.

4. Ordering & Merchandise

Any merchandise (cups, bottles, stickers, apparel) will be clearly priced and described.
Payments will be processed securely via approved third-party providers.
Returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with our published policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, content, and branding of Responsible Cafés TO remain our intellectual property.
Partner cafés may only use authorized logos, stickers, and signage as part of their membership.

6. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any information collected (e.g., newsletter sign-ups, café applications) will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Responsible Cafés TO is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of partner cafés.
We make no guarantees regarding discounts, rewards, or environmental impact results shown on our platform.
